He's got good sleep hygiene, unlike his wife. I watch TV in the bedroom because I need to elevate my feet and the recliner broke a few years back. I knit and read on my iphone. He comes in at the same time, turns out the light, and I'm a night owl so it takes me a long time to get to the point where I know the brain will turn off and I can go to sleep. I use my iphone and headphones when he comes in. Terrible sleep hygiene for me!

As for who makes the bed, I'm still waiting for the bed fairy. We have a heavy quilt and just sort of pull it up in the morning. . That's "making the bed" in our house. We change the sheets together on the weekend. I'd love a sleep number with independently operating halves, but not in the cards right now. One kid in medical school, one kid about to do the college thing. Other priorities.
