C-pap machine

I was wondering if anybody else had a new ResMed Airsense 10 with auto set,that will not communicate with My Air. Have tried many things which company said to correct problem. But I still have problem. I have had 2 other ResMes Airsense 10 machines that reported properly. But this one will not. I only live 2 miles from a 4G tower. Any HELP would sure be appreciated.

I suggest you download Sleepyhead, and use the sd card with your computer.
Then compare that to MyAir.
You are in for a big shock.

If you could tell us what you have tried already someone might be able to help. It's not on airplane mode is it?

My first Air Curve 10 would not communicate through the phone module. The DME replaced the machine. Yours may have the same problem. Contact your DME.

Are you seeing the wireless signal icon in green? It will be grey if wireless transfer is not enabled and have a circle around it if no connection. I would also make sure your machine is not in Airplane mode.
I know this is basic stuff, I did telephone tech support for years and sometimes the basics get overlooked.
Mine has only one or two bar strength yet still seems to connect properly to my air. I also use Sleepyhead and the SD card.
