I have been following my progress with ResMed My Air every day with good result. My ahi was 0.6 last night with a good seal etc. do I need SH as well?? I realize it would give more info, but do I need it?

Assuming you are sleeping well and feel rested, with an AHI like that, I don't see why you would need to mess with SH unless it's just out of curiosity.
