Can anyone tell me what the two white ports with caps are on the front of the mask and how do you use them?

they are for supplemental oxygen if needed, keep them capped.

they can also be used to prevent CO2 buildup for people who use really low pressure. Really all it does it make the mask really loud, so just keep them shut.
