Dronabinol is often used to treat HIV patients suffering from anorexia and to reduce nausea and vomiting associated with chemo. I think a cheaper and better option is to just fine a local guy, buy some weed and see how it works. Yes, in many states you do have some legal problems, for now. It won't be long before prohibition on this plant ends. I have visited Washington state and Denver more than a few times lately and I can tell you that it does help with sleeping. I don't think it is a cure for apneas, but combined with a CPAP, could provide a very good night's sleep.
