I sleep six to eight hours every night. My wife often sleeps a little more. We both have found pressure ranges that control our apnea, and a mask that is suitable for us. Is everything perfect? Of course not. I still wake up a few times a night, but not because of the apnea treatment or lack of treatment. I have other medical problems that cause me to have fractured sleep and I accept that fact. I don't expect to have a perfect night every night. My wife, on the other hand, sleeps straight through most nights and since her latest pressure adjustment her AHI stays under 2 almost every night.

I am getting some. Not as much as I would like but then there's other stuff going on in my life causing stress and likely impacting things.

And this morning it was the damn dog wanting out 2 hours before I wanted to get up to let her out.

This is after over 8 years of cpap use....sometimes crap happens.

For newbies...expect crap to happen more often....
