Got a DreamStation Go today — I’ll post a review tomorrow, if I can — and the setup was as easy as taking it out of the box. Now I want to get it working with Sleepyhead, and I could use a bit of guidance.
First: DSG has Bluetooth and a micro-SD slot. Am I correct in thinking that I can only get the data into Sleepyhead via SD card? I need to put a card in the DSG and take it out and put it in the PC to transfer data? Any special formatting needed for SH?
Last: Since I may go back to my Airsense at some time, I’d like to leave that profile intact in SH if I can. Is there a way to create a new profile, or to get SH to recognize a second machine? How do I set that up?
Thanks for any advice. I searched, but couldn’t find it anywhere.

not sure about the other stuff you asked about. and i MAY be wrong on this. but if i remember correctly, there is such a thing as a micro sd to standard sd card adapter. if memory serves, you slide the micro into the adapter, then the adapter into your computer with sleepy head on it.QueSera wrote: First: DSG has Bluetooth and a micro-SD slot. Re: New DreamStation Go - Help with Sleepyhead?
Excellent, can't wait to see the review.
First: Not aware of any functionality that will allow Sleepyhead to get data from a Bluetooth source, so SD card. Yes you put your SD card in the DSG, take the card out of the DSG and put it in the PC. Older Respironics machines kept a little bit of old data, I assume the DSG will too. However, its probably best to just keep your card in the DSG until you want to get the data off it. Sleepyhead will ask you which drive and you just pick the one that is the SD card (often an E: or F: depending on your setup).
Last: SleepyHead automatically recognizes the new machine and flags it accordingly. In the overview it even keeps a little running total at the bottom so you can see on average how your time on each machine compares. No need to create a separate profile.

You can have multiple profiles in SH. Just create a new profile named QueSera-GO, or something like that.

Re: New DreamStation Go - Help with Sleepyhead?
Mini Update:
It turned out that I didn’t really sleep last night due to an unrelated illness, but I did have the DSG on for a couple of hours. I didn’t find an SD card I could use until this morning, but I put it in when I found it. A little while later, I tried Sleepyhead.
It could not have been easier. The little bit of data from last night was written to the card, and Sleepyhead picked it right up after I changed a few little things in Preferences so that it wouldn’t pick up th ResMed data automatically. It worked great, and although the data was useless because I was actually awake during the time I was running it, it was enough to see that Sleepyhead read it and registered that it was a different machine.
With luck, I’ll sleep tonight and review tomorrow.
