I see a couple people in this thread who have said that they don't post for weeks or months at a time here because of the nastiness and bickering. Just wanted to say, me too.

it is simply no longer worth the time ... there are only a very few threads which he did not derail.
If I come here now, I only do it for threads like this - pure entertainment. (first thread that caught my eye on the start-page)
Mostly I don't even bother reading the others threads, as they go south after the 1st post from xxyzx.
