the fact is that AHI is just one metric of limited value
no matter how much you prove that by claiming you can eyeball some graphs to really know what is happenign

Here is one case where I agree with xxyzx. Oxygen deprivation can damage brain cells. He is a perfect example!

I am very content with my life and all the busy aspects of it. I suspect you must be very bored and lonely to be posting with the frequency and tone you maintain day after day.
