And the only person I blame is the doctor for wanting to find out why I couldn't sleep instead of just letting me sleep.
Wait, you're blaming a doctor for wanting to know WHY you're experiencing what you are? In my experience, not enough doctors look for WHY and instead just prescribe things to ease symptoms. Yours actually sounds like a good doctor!
