Has anyone tried sleeping face down,on a face down pillow,to relieve sleep apnea?

As I mentioned in another thread with this same question...

A person obviously most certainly cannot sleep FACE DOWN IN a pillow without suffocating. I don't know if you can find a device like is used on a massage or chiropractic table that has an opening for your face so you can breathe, but man that would be uncomfortable. I don't even know if a person could manage to sleep like that all night. Sleeping on your stomach will ultimately cause back and neck problems. So although sleeping on your stomach can help with snoring and OSA to a degree, it can cause a lot of other problems at the same time. And it's "help" snoring and sleep apnea, not get rid of them.
