How to tell if clear airway / CA real

I have a few CAs a night. Sometimes 0-1 and sometimes 10.

Usually in the seconds before the CA the "flow rate" per SH will rise to an extreme (positive) and then an extreme negative. Is this me fiddling with my mask and moving around? This seems to be the case for all CAs

Or is this an actual CA event?

When you fiddle with th mask, give a glance at the clock. Then when you check your stats, see if the CA event happened around that time.

Looks like post arousal to me...that big gulp right before it goes flat being the arousal.
