Take a look at the article "Stair masters" in the streaming cpap and sleep apnea news (I've also put a link below). then Click on the link to Mr. Blackburn's website (about halfway down the article). You will be amazed at the results this man has gotten. I read it yesterday and am still amazed now, enough to post this topic.
