What kind of "tech" expert? There are all kinds of tech experts from lawn mower techs to respiratory techs to computer techs to agricultural techs to physical therapy techs to library techs to aircraft techs to mushroom techs .... well ok, maybe not mushroom techs.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

and clean up the machine and restart with a backup system in place
protected by an air gap
Responded to your PM and you're completely right about my not giving adequate details. Sorry, I have been dealing with severe med side effects.
