I hope the doctor can solve some of your issues. The guidelines say that your AHI should be under 5; so you should shoot for that initially (though lower would be better).

You are showing Clear Airway events, so I can't say that it's necessarily a good idea to raise your pressure. Be aware that a Clear Airway event could be a true Central Apnea event, or it could be an obstructive event (with your machine being unable to detect the obstruction).
