Hybrid -- night 3

Post by Arizona-Willie » Mon Sep 18, 2006 7:39 pm

Last night I had the medium cusion and medium pillows.

Nose too sore to touch today. Been putting vasline on it.

Am going back to my beloved Activa tonight, maybe for a couple of nights until the nose gets better.

My numbers went back up last night.

Not sure if that's the mask or what. I've noticed that my numbers go up and down somewhat ever other night even on the Activa. One good night followed by one so so.

But the numbers on Activa have been far and away better than anything I've been able to get with the Hybrid -- so far.

But it sure does have a lot of promise and I love the positions I can sleep in that the Activa doesn't allow.

Hopefully my nose will eventually get used to those *2!(0#)& pillows.

Chapstick works really well on the sore nares. If they are REALLY sore try Aquaphor ointment. You can get it at any drug store. When I have really badly happed lips I use it in the a.m. and the p.m. and after 1 day the chapped lips are healed. Don't see why it wouldn't work on the nares.
