This is my first SleepyHead data. It looks pretty good to me. What do others think? Is there anything else that I should look at or post? I only have a weeks worth of data because I've only had the machine for a week. My prior machine, a Fisher & Paykel Sleepstyle 254, usually resulted in an AHI ranging between 5 and 10, according to that machine's display.
I would like to feel more rested than I do. However, at least it appears to me that my lack of energy is not caused by a problem with CPAP treatment.

Numbers look good to me too.
Unfortunately good numbers don't guarantee feeling as good as those numbers make it seem like we should feel.
Some standard questions we ask people when they show good numbers but say they don't feel as good as they would like to feel.
1. What exactly are the unwanted symptoms that you wish were improved upon?
2. Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?
3. Your appear to be averaging around 7 to 7 1/2 hours on the machine...how much of that time are you actually asleep?
4. Do you wake often during the night for any reason? If so, any idea why and about how many times?
5. Any other health problems going on?
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
