Should this be in my sleep report
Should this be in my sleep report
I just got my full report and it did not include any info about my pulse rate, should that info be in there. Also it said to avoid driving until my OSAS was being treated.
I don't know of any utility in your pulse rate.
As for the driving, if you are having daytime sleep episodes, I would take the recommendation seriously and try to do something about this risk. What they don't tell you and many of "them" don't know is that your sleep may be more disturbed by the treatment than it was by the apnea, at first anyway. It is possible that you will be really messed up until you get used to the mask, leaks, noises, etc. The good news is that you have found a group of people who do know all about this business.
