Hi,
I have been recently diagnosed with OSA, and I must admit it has been a bit overwhelming. I am normally assertive and a take charge person and have found it difficult to accept that I must sleep with a mask and extremely frustrating trying to deal with a DME who's customer service is poor.
It has been a Godsend to have found this forum, since the practical information which you all generously give here makes one feel they are not alone. I believe in making informed decisions and the more knowledge I have the better I can deal with this changes I have had to make. I realize that if I am to succeed with my treatment I must take charge of it.
Thank you for your generosity.
Seena
