Tech says Encore Pro wrong--disappears when I took the data

to his office. I asked his boss for replacements of our smart card and they could keep both of ours.

No go. The manager did not know where they kept them. No tech was available to see me, They did not know what time he would return.

His boss told me his tech misspoke about Encore being "way off" and so on.

Don't get me wrong, I like these people and in general they are VERY easy to work with. But this one tech may be a loose cannon,

It would appear Encore Pro is the winner by default. Stay tuned...

I'm not sure if I understand. Did they take (and keep) your card or did the data on the card get erased?
If the data was erased, then they have their software set to "erase after download", but if they actually kept your card and wouldn't return it, then that's a whole other issue.....that IS theft. The card comes with the machine and you paid for it.....it's YOUR'S. Get it back or get them to give you a new one. They have NO right to keep it.

Turn them in to the ASPCA......American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Apneacs.
