...try to follow my previous post..but

Post by svo » Sun Apr 03, 2016 7:33 am

..was not able to find it I guess it was too far back...anyhow...i am now into my second week of treatment and as per my " MYAIR" Resmed AIRSENSE 10 ELITE machine and my AMARA VIEW full face mask I am doing well but there is one thing that worries me and that is that in 2 different occassions (days) my incidents counts were 16.2 and 18.5, the rest of the days were below 10 (like 4.5, 5.8 etc). Should I worry?....
I confirmed these when I downloaded the data to SLEEPYHEAD

Thanks

Ralph L...

I don't think so! Even with the lower numbers. No...don't worry. Just find the problem and make adjustments.

I think a lot of people have that random bad night. Maybe if you post some screenshots of your Sleepyhead data, the kind folks here might be able to give you tips to optimize your treatment.

It can't hurt to take a look via sleepyhead at the problem nights. Stuff like mask leaks, alcohol consumption, food before bedtime and disturbances during REM etc can often be problems.

Here, in order, are the three excellent links that graphically show you how to get the correctly sized Sleepyhead images to show up in your CPAPtalk post:

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
