Hi,
I've been on a cpap machine for about 7 months and it has helped me a lot! Just wondering about aromatherapy. I am a new user of essential oils, and diffuse oils during the day in our living area. Will diffusing in our bedroom at nite be moot, as both hubby and me use cpap machines all nite? I hate to waste the oils if they will be of no benefit to us.

This is designed for cpap users. The scent goes directly into the intake.
You each can use a different scent if you like.
Use very sparingly--a little goes a long way.
You can move the disc further away if it is too strong at first.

If that's a roundabout way of asking can you put the scent in your humidifier tank, the answer is NO. Definitely don't do that. Nothing should go in the tank but distilled water (or at least in unusual circumstances, the closest you can find to that).TammyJo wrote:Thank you. Would diffusing into the air be useless?

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

That's good to know about the tank, thank you. I just don't want to waste my oils difussing them into the air at nite, if I won't get any benefit from it.
