follow the link at the bottom of each page to get to the next page, three in total.
follow the instructions *exactly*, they work.

I am unable to fall asleep more than a few minutes without waking up gasping for air. What I have posted is pretty much what happens every night, I start dosing off, gasp for air, rip mask off and go to sleep. There is no data through the night because I don't make it that far

Thank you all that helped. I wasn't trying to hijack the post. I was just going to mention sometimes it's the opposite, if it's too high it can make me feel choked too. I was planning on coming and making my own post about it, because there is a lot more info on it, but I just wanted to mention it could be the other way around. I'm going to make a full post about mine. I don't think I can pull screen shots from SleepyHead. I rarely have a chance to use my computer and I almost always use my phone to post. About once every week or so I have a chance to get the computer up and running so I can update the data for SleepyHead. I know I have around a 2 AHI usually. I did say I "know" it's too high, I should have said I FEEL it's too high since it chokes me and wakes me as soon as it gets high. I'll write it all out when I have a chance! Thank you all.
