nasal blockage
You might try a nasal douche -- a glass apparatus that runs about $12 from the pharmacy. Fill it with a mild saline solution and rinse your nasal passages nightly before bed. The best part about it is that it works on gravity so nothing is "forced" into your sinuses. I started using one to help with post-nasal drip, but find that it also clears most congestion.
Good luck!

If none of the above solutions work, you may have to opt for CPAP w/ mouth breathing using an appropriate mask (Hybrid or some other full face mask) ... I can imagine your discomfort ... good luck.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
