Sleepy Head details not appearing

I am a new user and have down loaded Sleepy Head. When I open the program, it seems like I can see only the "summary data' of my sleep events. I cannot seem to be able to view the graphs. Clicking on daily also only shows only summaries. What am I doing wrong? I am using Open-GL.

Do you keep your SD card inserted in the machine ALL THE TIME? If it is not in the machine when you sleep, it will not record your nightly data.

Yes, the SD card is always in my CPAP machine except when I transfer data to SH. The data gets to SH, statistics, etc. I just cannot get it to display detailed graphs. Statistics and overview data is all there. Clicking daily only gets me summaries.

what version of SH do you have, and where is your data directory?

My SH version is SH v0.9.8-1 Testing Open GL

File Directory is SD/mini-mmc/RS (E:)

I import data from the card directly from the "welcome screen"--(CPAP Import Area Icon). As I said, I seem to get all the data but I cannot see it in graphs(?).

it sounds like you put your sleepyhead data directory on your sd card.

your sleepyhead data directory, (which is listed at the bottom of the user screen when sleepyhead first starts) needs to be on your *hard drive* (c:)

That may be the problem. I saw my Dr. today and His assistant had trouble in reading the card. Fortunately, I had brought a print out of the SH "summaries"
for His review.
When I open SH, on the welcome screen at the bottom, it says...Folder:C:/Users/M.A./Documents/SleepyHeadData-Testing
Is that what it should be?
Maybe I should buy a new SD card and start over(?).

well, that's not where you said your data directory was the first time. that is the right place.

some things to try... go to data/rebuild cpap data, and rebuild your data from the built in backups.

try the brokengl version. (which really should be 'old gl'.

try creating a new profile and importing from there.

you might have a bad, or corrupted card. see if you can make a zip file of it's contents and if there's any errors reading it doing so.

Success!!!! Now I have all the data.

Then created a new profile and imported from there...Bingo, now have all data, including graphs, etc.

Great! glad to hear it.

as to the doctors office, .... there's no telling, they may have been having computer problems, or they might even be using an older version of resscan... which is less tolerant of anything being wrong than sleepyhead is. I wouldn't even want to guess...

if they want me to fix their problem, it'll cost 'em some $$$$
