when to have smartcard read

about three months ago i ggot a smartcard for my machine how much info will this hold i need to take it in and get it read. i have a remstar pro 2

It'll hold about 6 - 7 nights of detailed information. Beyond that, it'll hold about 9 months of compliance data. So, when you take it in to get it read, have them select "Full Details" when they read the download.....otherwise it'll be pretty meaningless other than to tell them whether you've been getting at least 4 hours per night on the machine.

The best thing is to get the software and reader for yourself, you might not find you DME can't read it.

The card holds the last six days full data, and over 3 mo of junk data. Jim
