if it were me, I'd set min to 10, see if we could flatten out the bouncing pressure a little, and set max to (well, I usually keep mine at 20 (25 on this machine) because if you've got the lower pressure right, then the upper pressure usually doesn't matter, just like last night, 11 or 20, wouldn't have mattered.... but if for some reason you did need a bit more than 11, it would have been prevented from helping.
all that said, you're in the 'real close' area where you shouldn't make changes every day. each night of sleep is different, and you want to see more of an average before making changes.... slow and steady, as it were.
