How do I save data from sleepyhead b4 Comp Factory Reset?

My comp is giving me a hard time and well I would like to do a factory reset of it - like it was when I opened the box the first day I got it.

Anyone know how too or what I need to do to save all my Sleepyhead and Resscan Data?

for SH save the "profiles" folder that is saved in your documents folder--->'sleepyheaddata-testing'--->profiles.
that saves all your profiles including your daily notes.

Your CPAP has up to 365 days of data stored.

look for a backup folder under your sleepyhead profile, copy that. it's much smaller than the full calculated sleepyhead working data. when you get your new computer set up, and sleepyhead installed, then just have sleepyhead read that data in as new, and it'll rebuild all the rest of everything.

you CAN backup the whole sleepyhead folder, if you prefer, but it'll be considerably larger.
