Can't get a good seal with CL2 pillows

Post by TerryB » Wed Aug 23, 2006 7:18 pm

I feel like goldilocks, the medium CL2 pillows are too small , the large are too large and the Swift large are just right. I've tried zigging, zagging and tilting and still can't get the large in and the medium won't seal. Anyone have a good tip on this interface problem?

Thanks,

TerryB

CL2 Pillow Seals

Terry,

Try using the Medium pillow. Extend the vertical adjustment. Place the mask on your head. Turn the machine on, and, very slowly and carefully, screw the vertical adjustment so the pillows come closer and closer to your nares. Be careful. It does not take to much tightness to get a good seal. I think people have a tendency to tighten the screw to much collapsing the pillows. Easy does it!
