cause of wakenings?

Post by stuartj » Sun Nov 01, 2015 3:59 pm

Hi

I seem to wake regularly once a night and I'm looking for the cause.

I've noticed that a pattern of breathing often occurs just before an awakening: gradual decrease in respiration rate and matching gradual increase in tidal volume

What does this suggest to you is going on?

Thanks

Its like calling the car service department and telling them your car runs bad without giving them any other information. How about some specifics...Register and let us know what equipment you are using, what pressures you are at, what your average AHI is and possibly using Sleepyhead to show some graphs....Then maybe someone can give you some specific help.

I'm so sorry, I thought that I was registered.

Resmed autofit 10, p10 mask, 6-15 pressures
average ahi now about 2

I'm in the process of trying to work out how to add a sleepyhead graph to this post.
