Two Zeros in a row!

Post by nelamvr6 » Fri Oct 30, 2015 8:25 pm

This is a first for me!

I'm not a stranger to zeros, I've had a few before. But this is the first time I've had 2 nights in a row with AHIs of 0!

Since 8/16/15, I've had 3 zeros. I'm thinking I hit upon the right pressures for me!

It almost makes me not want to switch to my new machine, I really have my therapy dialed in right now.

Congratulations.
In over five years, I can count my zeros on one hand.
They do delight and amaze, though.

Congratulations Your therapy is optimized! The best I have done is 4 days in a row..

The main thing is how do you feel?? Are you getting your 7 to 8 hours of sleep?

I wish you well...

Thanks! I feel great! I'm getting at least 6 hours of sleep, but usually 7.
