Any ideas how to get back to nose mask?

Post by nobody » Wed Oct 28, 2015 7:11 pm

I've been wearing the ffm for so long now that it's made permanent indentations in my face. I'm very self conscious about it. I think it looks ugly like I'm wearing an invisible mask. Plus the indentations make it hard to shave.

I tried going back to my nose mask but my chin fell down. So I got a chin strap which worked great but then my lips would part and the air came thru and woke me up anyway.

So I tried taping my lips but eventually I developed a skin reaction rash from the adhesive.

Do you have any other ideas? I really want to get back to my nose mask so those indentations on my face go away. Plus I find the nose mask more comfortable and less prone to leaking, if my mouth can just stay shut!!

I'm sorry if there are typos this forum interface does not work well at all on my tablet and I can't see all of what I've written! Ugh now I can't see the post button...

Have you tried any of the liners? Like REM-zzz's or Padacheeck when I started to use these I NO longer have issue with lines on the face.

I wish you well...

Liners cause the mask to leak terrible so I don't use them
