The model 260 doesn't gather any data beyond how many hours you use it.
That's all that is on that SD card.
It's what we call a "brick"...no efficacy (useful) data beyond hours of use.
You might want to read this blog and pay special attention to the section "help, I am stuck with a brick".

My suggestion...take it back and tell your supplier you want at least a model 460 (560 would be even better) so that you can have useful data.

It's horrible what some doctors or DMEs will palm off on unsuspecting CPAP people. Sorry to say potosino310, but got caught in a not uncommon swindle. The sad reality is that DMEs get almost as much from insurance companies giving out non-data machines as they do the higher end machines. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave you a 'used' machine to boot! Ask us how to tell if you got a machine that was pre-owned... you have the right to get a new machine with your insurance money.

Anyway, I hope you can swap it out for another machine... keep us posted if for some reason you have problems doing that. Other folks at CPAPtalk have worked thru that problem successfully.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I'm going to guess that you didn't even get kissed when they screwed you........did you.

Your insurance provider pays by insurance code and the code is the very same for the low-end one they gave you as a high-end Auto. In short, the DME considered their profits to be more important than your health. They're scumbags.

All the software in the world won't get data out of a machine like that.......it doesn't collect it. All it reports is hours used.

Hope you haven't had it very long.

TAKE IT BACK!!!
And, tell them to give you one of the models Pugsy mentioned......a 460 or a 560.

Call your insurance company and explain to them that if you need a pressure change they will have to pay for a second or third sleep study ... which is much more expensive than a better machine .... which they have already paid for, and get them to call the DME.
If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Get the Clinicians manual here : http://apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-press ... tup-manual

Your doctor won't be able to retrieve data from a machine that doesn't collect it. Without a different (data-capable) machine, you'll never know how your therapy is working.

But kudos to your friend for giving/loaning you a machine to get you started with helping your health.

Your machine is still capable of providing therapy, and will run on 12VDC,
making it a good home/travel machine; and the price was so nice!
Sometimes a full data machine can be gotten (used) for a good price from members here.
Or you can check Secondwindcpap.com.
I had reservations about used machines, so I bought new from our hosts (see note in my sig)
