Weird Titration Result

Post by ramblingasian » Sun Oct 25, 2015 3:39 am

So I just had my BiPAP/VPAP Titration.

I'm trialing a Aircurve 10 VAUTO and my average pressures are around 18/14. At that level, my score is around 5 (mostly OA).

However, last night I had a near zero score at 11/7 using a respironics machine.

Is this normal?

I'd give each one at least 3 nights - any given night could have all kinds of reasons for being different to most others - don't base anything on one night.

Leak rate may also be significant.
Too high, and the results could be unreliable.

I'm going to wait for the titration results. I have the follow-up appointment on Friday so the results should come in pretty fast.

However, it just seemed really odd that the numbers are so different.
