Thank you for letting me join. I am very new to the world of CPAP, only 2 weeks of using my machine. I am sleeping better and not feeling so tired during the day. But the one problem that I am having is that I'm so bloated in the morning and last long into the day. My doctor did reduce the air pressure from 7 to 6 but it's still not helping very much. I did read somewhere that elevating your head when you sleep helps and I have also heard to lay flat. Has anyone else experienced this and is there anything I can be doing to help?
Thank you!

Re: Air going into stomach
What machine are you using?
Sometimes adding exhale relief will help if you aren't already using exhale relief.

Re: Air going into stomach
RemStar I believe is the brand, I'm at work right now and I am using the nasal pillows for my mask which fits good.
Re: Air going into stomach
Remstar isn't a brand or manufacturer.
It is just a trademark name that Respironics has used on every one of their machines until apparently the newest DreamStation trademark name.
Resmstar is useless...doesn't mean brand or model.
It does mean you likely have a Respironics machine of some sort.
On the bottom of the blower is a 3 digit model number that if we new that model number we would then know what features your machine might have to maybe help you.

You haven't joined because you have not registered. Why not register and then you can fill in your equipment profile. You will get more help if we know your exact machine and mask.Rosie3 wrote:Thank you for letting me join. I am very new to the world of CPAP, only 2 weeks of using my machine.
