I assume YES, and that's what's going nuts on the machine?
It's how they set it up.. they failed this in so many ways.. I refuse to deal with them anymore.
I would love to just have this operate as a dumb CPAP, without all this BS garbage it came with.
If you know what EPR is, you would know for sure whether it is on or not. You have also referring to the auto, yet you said your pressure was a straight 12. You don't know about the clinician's menu which has a lot more info and settings available. Your answer to the software question is also odd. We are not referring to the internal software that the machine uses. We are referring to the free software that you can download to see the nightly data of what the machine is doing and detecting. The DME will not tell you about it, but we will. It will help to see what is going on with your machine.
But the main thing is, YOU will need to do the work on this. As you already know, the DME people are idiots and won't be helpful. So, it is up to you to understand how the machine works, find the most ideal settings, and troubleshoot any problems.
We know you are frustrated right now, and you are not familiar with the information we are asking about. We are trying to help, so be patient with us, answer the questions as best you can, and we will help you figure out what the problem is and what your best options are.
