I am wearing a res-med p10 nose bubble and I have trouble with the straps over the head coming off at night. They are to loose and flimsy
Is there a solution to this problem. I won';t get a new one for another three months and I am holding this on together with a twisted
Thanks
Dan

Have you tried washing in really hot water to help it shrink up a bit?
Which color are you using? The pink/gray for her headgear is supposedly about an inch smaller.
You can buy just the replacement headgear if you wish without having to buy the entire package...I saw one on EBay last night for $22.
I found that a good hot water wash and rinse would shrink that headgear enough that I could get more use.
Maybe dry in the clothes dryer for even more heat. I think I got about 10 months of use before it simply wouldn't shrink up enough to stay tight enough.
One could also do a little snip and sewing to remove some of the excess strap if they are into the sewing thing. I am not.

Re: res med p-10
My original 2 new masks and spare headgear came a little over 18" long. My two new mask headgears are 20" and one 21" long. When I ordered the ladies headgear it came 19 1/2". My new spare headgear was 20 1/2' and 21". For me the 18 " headgear was perfect. So at the top center of the headgear at the split I wrap each portion with a rubber band.I subtract the 18 1/4" from the total length and this amount is above the rubber band. With the 18" headband I had little or no leaks and low readings. If my leaks are high I shorten the headband. I am getting close to it working like it use to.
I caled Resmed and they swear that they haven't changed the length of the headgear. Talk about great quality control.
Cutting and snipping could work. But don't cut off any part of the split. Make sure you know where the mask flexible arm that attaches to the headgear ends. You don't want to cut it too short.

Re: res med p-10
I tied a very small knot on the top center of each strap.
It felt a little tight for a couple days, after that it felt perfect and stayed that way.
I've been using the same headgear for at least a year now and it feels great.
