Sleepyhead says "Humidifier Disconnected"

Post by library lady » Tue Sep 15, 2015 7:39 pm

I don't believe this! I just noticed that my humidifier registered as "disconnected" last night ... yet I know it used water. I checked at random several days in each of the last 6 months, and while it has been "disconnected" for all of the last 3 weeks, it has sometimes registered as "connected", sometimes "disconnected" every month for 6 months. It is always very dry during Minnesota winters, but we have had a very humid spring and summer, so not as much water is being used.

I can't close the top of the humidifier down tight unless the chamber is locked in tight, and it always locks in, so how can it be "disconnected?" The only thing I can think of is that maybe it's time to replace the humidifier... it is only the second one I've had in the year and a half I've been on CPAP. But what stymies is the occasional "it's connected" message that I'm seeing. Any ideas?

Ignore it.
It's a known bug in the SleepyHead software having trouble with some settings and even Flex settings used.
