Switched from the dead cms50E to the cms50i.

I have a mac with latest OSX. latest vm fusion and win 10. Is the usb cable from the 50e and the 50i compatible. Was none in the box (filed a complaint with ebay) What is the number of the Spo2 Review software and the Spo2 assistant software that should work with the 50i and win 10.
Win 10 loads the driver ,but the software doesn't find it. Is there a switch on 50i to start the download.

the cms50e doesn't have a usb cable, it's a usb to serial converter cable disguised as a usb cable..

so. no.

the cms50i uses a plain ordinary mini-usb cable.

I think it's v 2.4, sleepyhead will import the data directly from the 50i also.

Thank you for your fast 100% correct answer. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked. I forgot you mentioned that it works in sleepyhead and deleted the data. In the morning I will give that a try.

I got tripped up on the 'looks like a usb cable' on the D+ and E models... so it's memorable when people are having problems
