Get a new Doctor.

Not really related to CPAP since only you use that machine (right ?)
Continual use of antibiotics will cause you real problems down the road.

Are you using the humidifier? At a high setting? Possibly in an already relatively humid climate that would call for not using the humidifier at all, or at least turning it way down?

Was the machine new when you got it? Are you still using the same mask? Something is causiing the problem (if in fact it is related to Cpap at all and not something else in your life or environment) and you must figure out what it is.

I'm going to take a "WAG" (wild-ass-guess) that you're using a nasal mask and leaking your therapy air out your mouth while you're sleeping........resulting in throat irritations. Or, you're mouth breathing with whatever mask you're using.

Do you have a data-capable machine to check any nightly information?

I also agree with Julie.
And, if your HH setting is too high, it can contribute to nasal congestion causing more mouth-breathing.
If congestion is an issue, try doing nasal cleansing before bedtime, along with turning the HH setting down or off.

Fill out your profile with the exact equipment you're using and all of the settings.
