Total time in Apnea

My AHI is still at 15 (down from 100) but my total time in apnea has been reduced a lot. To 30 min. What is the significance of total time in apnea vs AHI?

All factors work together.
30 minutes is still significant, but any improvement is a start.
How long have you been "on the hose"?
