auto titration with resmed 9 autoset
Does anyone have any idea how to do this. Im in very beginning of my therapy. Still learning the ropes.

set it to 4-20, sleep, check results, adjust lower pressure as needed.

Ive been using my cpap for week. I've not been giving advice to people on CPAP. But I've studied hypoxemia and sleep fragmentation for months on end now. I do feel like I have a solid grasp about those two medical concepts.palerider wrote:what? It would help if you'd summarize what you've tried to this point and the issues you're having. Maybe even post a chart or two. Titration is a pretty straightforward process, basically increase minimum pressure until OA and H are mostly cleared up. Manage the leaks and if you have complications like aerophagia or numerous centrals, back-off the pressure. There is some fine-tuning possible, but not like on a BPAP.
