The RESMED is more aggressive. Here are two pictures, the first is the RESMED response the second is the PR60.

notice how quickly the pressure adjusts.
This is the similar time span from a PR

this is how long the PR takes to adjust the pressures.

The RESMED is certainly more aggressive. But it does not bother my sleep. IT may be that after 3 years on the RESMED I am use to it, but the RESMED seems to be the better machine for me.
I now need to see how far down I can take he pressures and have decent sleep.
I DO LIKE SEVERAL THINGS FROM THE PR that I wish the RESMED picked up.
1) I like the tracking of eap and iap as separate lines
2) I like reporting of trigger breaths
If nothing else they were interesting. But on the RESMED, when my ahi was 0 on very low settings, I thought that I might be able to get off of the machine. What I cold not tell was when the machine was triggering the breaths, which was very often,,,,, which is why I need the ASV.
I want to thank everyone one more time for all of the support. I know I drop in and out often, and appreciate that you always welcome me back with open arms.
