F&P FFM help

I have the simplus FFM a few days. I switched from a nasal. The company sent me a medium. How do I know it's the right size? It leaks from the bottom when I set the straps normal. When I tighten the straps, I get red marks on my face. Should I get a small.

Here is the link for the Simplus sizing guide. When printing it, make sure that the "Actual size" is selected under the print options.

Adjusting is just as important as fitting.

I'm confused on how to use cut out diagram. It shows going over nose only. I feel the bottom part of mask leaks and moves more than over the nose. Now dose the sizing diagram work once it's cut out.

I did see that video and I adjusted the mask properly, but it leaks unless I tighten and then it leaves red marks.

Maybe I will call provider and ask for a small.
