What humidity setting are you using?
Sometimes the humidity setting can cause congestion for some people.
It's a personal preference thing. Some people find they need a lot of moisture added to the air and some people find that don't need much, if any, added moisture to the air.
If using a higher setting...try lower.
If using a lower setting...try higher.
If using a middle of the road setting you might toss a coin but if going by the odds...try higher.
Google "cpap rhinitis" and you will see what I mean.

We don't advise adding anything to the water itself but you can use some sort of aroma therapy that often will help clear congestion. Something like this

or other scents

Just put on a cotton ball or something like that next to the air intake on the back of the machine.

What mask are you using? Some people find that the weight of the mask on the nose causes congestion.
Using a mask that doesn't put pressure on the nasal bridge area will sometimes help congestion issues.

Two weeks this Monday and congestion is what I have been fighting, or so I thought. Increased the EPR from default 2 to 3 last night and surprise very little "congestion". I am thinking that the exhale pressure was feeling like I was congested. Just a thought.
Sleeping MUCH better now
