One Year tonight

Post by amenite » Wed Jun 03, 2015 6:54 pm

Tonight is night #365 since I started CPAP, missed two nights in total in that time. Me and my machine got along well from the start. I'm fortunate to have missed out on some of the tougher challenges I read about here and got my AHI down in the sub 1.0 range from untreated 100+. Along the way I have gotten one close friend on CPAP who I knew was an OSA sufferer, working well for both of us now. Thanks all for sharing lots of great info and experience, it's a great help and support to many.

Aside from hurdle #1 being the fact that my GP never even mentioned OSA or CPAP unitl I basically told her I had it, I have had my small share of good times along the way ... Data hating doctors, administrative stupidity, DME shenanegans, sinus congestion, insurance changes, and more DME shenanegans.

Hope to continue feeling better in the years to come, thanks everyone

Consider adding your post to the success stories thread here: viewtopic/t14494/Newbie-would-like-to-h ... lease.html It is in a special section that won't move down the board over time.

And congratulations!
