What I see is a relatively low rate or obstructive events or central events, most of the problem is hypopneas, they seem to be resulting is a significant drop in SAO2 levels below 89% for almost 20% of the time.
That should be enough to cause morning headaches and poor sleep quality.

Sounds as if you are on the way to join us CPAP users.

Do make sure you get a full data machine that reports all the event types - have your doctor include that capability in the scrip. Its important

well, you got some replies on the ApneaBoard:

Could be the wrong word here:

"moderate arterial oxygen dissertations" seems to be the wrong word.

Thanks for the responses. The more feedback, the better. I thought this report was a full report. What other info should be on it???

Oh, JDS74, I know what you mean now. Yes, I will have my dr. order a fully capable data machine for compliance and efficacy both.

I guess I need to check out the terms again, but I thought obstructive and central events are hypopneas. I think one learns a whole new vocabulary when it comes to SA. I have pretty good sleep quality and always wake up ready to go; however, as you mentioned, I do get morning headaches at times.

Hi kingskid -- I don't see any information in your report about sleep position. Were there any notes in your report about supine vs. side or stomach sleeping position?

In any case, your AHI of 22.7 falls in the moderate category and you had sleep fragmentation and oxygen desaturations -- I agree with JDS74 that this warrants the recommendation of PAP therapy.
