Loss of power

What do CPAP users do when the power goes out?

Didn't think about this until last night when it stormed like crazy!

Depends on what the power stability is like in your area. Overall, ours has been very stable.
Some people have backup power setups for those times.
In the very few times my power has gone out in the last ten years, I already had my minimum of 4 hours in for compliance, so I rested in my recliner till it came back on. Once it came back on, I've usually gone back to bed to get a bit more sleep.
Most of our power outages have been due to blown transformers in the neighborhood.
I always call the power company to report them in case others have not.
