I was directed to you to try and get a link for the encore program. will it work on a mac?

Encore won't work on a Mac unless you put some sort of virtual Windows on the Mac....like Bootcamp or Parallels.
All the Encore products are strictly Windows only software and there are no Mac versions available.
Now of course SleepyHead has a Mac version but if you are needing Encore for one of the older Respironics machine then you are sunk as SleepyHead won't work with the M series and older machines.

I just now read your other thread where you mentioned the model machine you are using and SleepyHead doesn't support it.

If you don't have Windows PC available or you can't get Windows on the Mac....if you can get me a copy of your SD card I can run it through my Encore program and get you some reports to evaluate.
It's pretty easy really. Just zip a copy of your SD card and put it some place online where I can grab it. I use dropbox myself...it's free and easy to use. Then I download it onto a blank SD card and run it through my Encore program.
I prefer Basic myself as it is easier to manage and little bit faster (but still slow) than Pro.
