This is probably a dumb ? but here goes..
apneas have become almost non existent w/ the system 1 auto bipap , however RERA is 1-2 range & even higher at times. according to sleepyhead software. i seem to wake every few hours, but go right back to sleep for 8+ hrs. don't know if i should be concerned and see a neurologist for another sleep study since i am in the civilian world of care givers. it's been 5 years since my last sleep study.
thanks,
tim

Re: RERA ?
One to two per hour or total for all night? Even 1 or 2 per hour is probably not a big deal unless you are having symptoms that concern you. If you are seeing some flow limitations with them ( FL only show up in auto mode so if you are using straight bilevel mode don't be fooled by those FL 0.0 numbers) maybe a wee bit of an increase in EPAP could be tried to see what happens but I wouldn't worry about them if I had no other problems that I could pinpoint.
